At outset, let us see what Medical Transcription is all about first. Medical transcription is converting voice files into text complying to the requirements of the client (the hospital). Doctors in western countries are required to keep the patient's medical information accurately and in an orderly fashion to provide for insurance purposes. Hence this work is outsourced from India as we have rich talent and cheaper manpower as compared to western countries.
